Selling your IT
Do you pay for old IT, or charge to take it?
We pay. We recover value from your retired IT and pay you in AED, with free collection and certified data destruction included — the opposite of a scrap yard or shredder-only recycler.
What do you buy?
Business IT of every kind — servers, laptops, storage, networking, memory, CPUs, GPUs and components — working, faulty or end-of-life, one fleet to a full estate.
How do you decide what my IT is worth?
Against the current market for the specific make, model, configuration and condition — a written offer in AED. There's no fixed rate; send your list for a number.
Do you buy from resellers and traders too?
Yes — resellers, distributors, ITADs and MSPs sell us surplus and client stock, and many buy from us as well.
What's the minimum you'll buy?
A business and bulk service — a pallet, a rack, a room or more. Single retail devices generally aren't cost-effective.
Data & security
Is my data destroyed before anything is resold?
Always — every data-bearing drive is sanitised to NIST 800-88 (HDD) and IEEE 2883-2022 (SSD/NVMe) with a certificate per asset; drives that can't be wiped are physically destroyed through a vetted partner.
Do you hold R2 or e-Stewards certification?
No, and we say so plainly. We work to the recognised technical standards in-house and orchestrate certified physical destruction and recycling through licensed partners.
Can my security officer witness the destruction?
Yes — witnessing is available on request, and for physical destruction you receive the partner's certificate alongside our chain-of-custody record.
Collection & payment
Do you collect, and is it free?
We collect free across the UAE and the GCC for business-volume loads and handle the loading, on a documented chain of custody.
How and when do I get paid?
Settlement is in AED once your inventory is reconciled. Recurring sellers can run rolling lots.
Is everything confidential?
Yes — NDA is standard from first contact. Your list, pricing and identity stay confidential.
Disposal & recycling
What's the difference between ITAD, recycling and scrapping?
Scrapping pays for metal and ignores data and value. Basic recycling shreds everything, usually for a fee. ITAD is the governed version — certified destruction, chain of custody, reuse-first and audit documentation — and ours pays you.
Will any of my equipment end up in landfill?
No — we're reuse-first: reusable gear is refurbished and redeployed, and only what genuinely can't be reused goes to licensed recyclers.
